holy wow! today was a fun day! hehehehe... drum lesson was quite fun actually! my teacher taught me some jack johnson beats! LOL!!! it was cool coz the accents were harder than the usual stuff.. hehehe.. although it may not be for you drummers out there it is for me.. :D anyways, after the drum lesson, i rushed to the car to pick up wes to go to thornhill. LOL, he taught me how to drive with my knee! YES!! i can drive with both my hands folded! WATCH OUT! :D .. met brit up at thornhill cc and somehow, i got convinced to go for lunch with them instead and to come back later since we were going to spend the whole day there anyways... hehe... quite fun quite fun. we immediately went back to the rink coz sig and amy were going to skate. I met heidi up there too. We all watched sig and amy. They were awesome! hehehe.. yoshie was awesome too! amazing actually, blew everyone away. Went to the east rink after that to watch paully. That was awesome coz the whole gang was there! we had our own little granite section including the japanese skaters because they were all around us too. oh man, yoshie and her yelling! CRAZY! hehehe.. all the japanese kids kept yelling even when the music started... it was funny. we told them to do the same thing for paully. it was an interesting time coz everytime someone left our bench, brit would go "okay, be fat" so we tried to take up as much space as possible, then we'd get skinny again! hehehe.. amanda tully improved alot actually.. nice jumps and stuff but of course, presentation Paully is still the best although she didn't skate her absolute best today.. But she'll pull up for sure. anyways, that was a fun event. We went over to the other rink then to see senior men. jeffrey buttle did not skate well at all, quite sad. ben ferreira did though but the guy who blew us all way was definitely NOBU!! hehehe.. he could make boring music so lively by pretending to be a pirate then he'd whip out a triple axel out of his butt! AMAZING! effortless! new fav skater! lol.. patty could've skated a lot better but he was still pretty good too.. it was awesome to see mr. c out at the rink side again since he'd been at the hospital all summer.. it was a nice sight. anyways.. saw many long lost faces today: and i was surprised that they still recognized me! lol... mostly cricketeers.... it was weird... hehehehe... overall very fun day! shall do it again sometime... maybe next thornhill..
